This is an ephiphytic orchid that is usually found growing on large trees by streams and rivers in my country Malaysia, Sumatera, Borneo and the Philippines. The green coloured flowers are 3 inches ( 7.5 cm ) across and has a 'lip' covered with black wart-like protuberances. The flowers have a strong fragrance of honey.
