Photos of down home food, can be redneck food, white trash food, soul food, food you make at home is especially encouraged, fish sticks, hamburger helper, chili, tacos, mac-n-cheese, hotdogs, pizza, cajon, casseroles, kimchee, soup, pickles, grilled food, fried chicken, ice cream, curries, sardines, pad thai noodle, or food on a stick. Anything down home in your neck of the woods but no haute cuisine. No swirls of sauces, no foams, no 'tall' food and no food still life i.e. no non prepared fruit photos with moody lighting.

We were in Cabo San Lucas Mexico, went fishing and came home with half a dozen fish one of which in is a nice Dorado (Mahi-Mahi). We stewed some and grilled the Mahi-Mahi.....Talk about fresh catch. It was great with some steamed rice, Margaritas and Cervezas while watching the sun go down from our private hot tub...
