Photo of home cooked traditional Mexican food. This salted beef called Cecina which is fried with green pepper and onions in the juice of the meat. Once cooked the mixture can be served in a tortilla with guacamole and red salsa. This food is delicious-Cecina which is salted beef can be purchased at any Mexican grocery store.
