This view, from Brooklyn, shows the dramatic memorial in light to the Twin Towers on the occasion of its final display, especially powerful against the textured night sky. The missing towers contrast with the construction site in the foreground, the early stages of an 80-acre waterfront park being built under the Brooklyn Bridge.
