Some of the Moon features included in this shot: - Montes Apenninus - that's the mountain range towards the upper right part of the shot, landing site of Apollo 15 mission is close by - Mare Serenitatis - the "sea" below the mountain range - Mare Imbrium - the "sea" above the mountain range - Ptolemaeus - the biggest of the three craters near the left edge (the other two being Alphonsus and Arzachel)
