Compound Words

Challenge #25 in the Whim & Chance series. Hosted by upuaut.
Challenge has finished
The goal in this theme is to have fun and creativity, and apply your editing skills if needed. Limit: 2 per user, provided each submission is of a different compound word. What is a compound word? a word that contains two distinct words that function separately but have been placed together. Joining these two independent words creates a compound word, which may have a new meaning or simply a more precise definition These words can be formed either as a solid term or using a hyphen. Example: Skyscraper. Sky. Scraper. For this theme, think literally: a sky getting scraped. Etc. Compound words abound. Pick a compound word and present it in a picture. Usage of Photoshop is allowed. If it takes multiple images to create your final image, it's allowed, as long as both images are taken by you. I recommend a Google search to find a word that interests you.
