Long Exposure During Daytime

Most of the time we use long exposures when there is very little light or we want to capture striking images of the stars above. But striking images can also be created in daytime by using a long exposure. Submit your best daytime photo(s) where a long exposure was used. Be creative and have fun.

Tuesday, 23rd September, 2014 – Monday, 29th September, 2014 (GMT)

Voting:

Tuesday, 30th September, 2014 – Monday, 6th October, 2014 (GMT)

Processing rules:

Image adjustments/enhancements are allowed, but nothing excessive or fake (e.g. dramatic HDR, adding/removing subjects).

Capture date rules:

No restrictions.

Additional rules:

The shutter speed must be 8 seconds or longer.
Daytime refers to any time when the Sun is above the horizon.
2 entries maximum per person, but they should each be of a different subject/scene.
All entries taken with a digital camera must contain a set of EXIF data. This is not compulsory for images developed/scanned from film, or early digital cameras which do not support EXIF.
Though not compulsory, I request that all entrants vote on other entries to counteract the sandbaggers.
I will increase the maximum entry limit to 100 if the challenge is well-received.
Failure to meet any of the requirements, unless stated otherwise, will result in disqualification.
