High Quality: Motion Blur

This sub-series is based around entering images of high quality; this week's subject is motion blur. Submit your best photo with intentional motion blur, which is of high quality. This includes high resolution, rich yet realistic colours, low noise, low distortion/vignetting, and good composition. Please refer to the sample image and read the rules carefully before entering. Note: Whether the image is of high enough quality will be determined by the host, and will not be open for discussion.

Processing rules:

Image adjustments/enhancements are allowed, but nothing excessive or fake (e.g. dramatic HDR, adding/removing subjects).

Capture date rules:

No restrictions.

Additional rules:

The resolution of the image must be at least 6 megapixels (3000x2000 in 3:2 ratio, 2832x2128 in 4:3 ratio, 3264x1840 in 16:9 ratio). Images which fall just short of this (<0.2mp) will be allowed.
Noise/grain will be tolerated provided it is fine and does not affect image detail.
There should be no visible colour noise.
Motion/shutter blur should only be visible for the intended subject; images with visible camera shake may be disqualified.
Vignetting & distortion should be absent, or hardly perceptible.
Compression/interpolation should not be visible.
Monochrome images are not allowed.
Exposure should be accurate.
All entries must contain a set of EXIF data.
I will increase the maximum entry limit to 100 if the challenge is well-received.
Though not compulsory, I request that all entrants vote on other entries to counteract the sandbaggers.
Failure to meet any of the requirements, unless stated otherwise, will result in disqualification.
