Low Light - Low ISO

Challenge #12 in the Our World and Beyond series. Hosted by JamesD28.
Challenge has finished
When the sun goes down, most of us will ramp up the ISO speed on our cameras to gather as much light as possible. However, we all know that the best, cleanest results come from keeping the ISO down to a minimum. So grab a tripod, set a slow shutter speed, and capture a low light/night scene with a low ISO setting. Be creative and have fun.

A shot of the D. Maria II National Theatre in Lisbon (built around 1450) and of Rossio Square. I'm on top of the Elevador de Santa Justa at a height of 45 meters overlooking the central part of Lisbon (Baixa: downtown). You must go there if you're ever in Lisbon, during daytime and again at night!
