The challenge is here to showcase what you can do with a long exposure where you see moving water in nature (usually streams, rivers and waterfalls, but rocky beaches may also work). This is not a challenge for macro water drops. It's a nature challenge.
The time limit for the shutter speed is min .25 seconds, max 30 seconds.
