Congratulations.
I'm missing the composition, shooting experience and post procession description. A pity you don't want to let us learn from your experience...
To me it looks like a studio shot with the rectangle being a window producing the main light. No fill light?

Unfortunately there is some sticky make-up on the eye lashes.

This sticky make-up on the eye lashes seems to be the current hype as they tend to stick two or thee together making them thicker and therefore more visible. I tend to ask my models to NOT use this type of makeup.
