The bee/bees must be outside, on flowers, leaves, buzzing around, or just doing what bees do; NOT under studio lights. NO flies, or other insects. Macro and close-up shots welcome. 5th place
I had lot of fun shooting some of these working bees. These are very hard to photograph specially handheld and while they were moving all over the place constantly. However, patience is a virtue and finally paid off with handfull of useful shots. Needless to say had to get really close to them and the whole time praying that I don't get stung! Not sure I am allergic to them and really didn't want to find out the hard way!
