'Wheels' describes any wheeled vehicle including bi- or tri-cycles, skates, scooters, motorcycles, automobiles, etc. 'First' describes a situation in which a person is the process of mastering or has just mastered the operation of the wheels. A classic depiction of what I have in mind is a child learning to operate (ride) a bicycle. However, the subject does not have to be young. Some people learn to operate wheels later in life. ENTRANTS, please read 'Additional Rules'; VOTERS should open each submission and read any comments. Judgment should be based on the moment captured and its significance to the operator as much as any technical perfection of the image itself.

I wonder what goes through this lady’s mind, sitting there and watching what she just did! “How did I do it”; she may be thinking! Or: “Do I still have to take some driving lessons?”… At least, I am glad she wasn’t hurt!
