The DC2 aeroplane (square windows) was the predecessor of the famous DC3 (DAKOTA) with oval windows. This specimen called UIVER (Stork) is the only DC2 left that is "flightworthy". After reconstruction, the plane was flewn (via Greenland for fuel) to the Netherlands. After that the DC-2 participated at the flightshow at EHMZ (Vliegveld Midden-Zeeland), where I took the image.
