where the picture itself shows what went wrong - but is a keeper still eg due to accident and/or magic give it a proper tiltle - ideally hinting what was planned and/or went wrong include a description what was planned and why you like it still it may be anything from funny mishaps, to unplanned background, to motive running out of frame or focus - be creative!

Fog in the center of the image is actually condensation formed by a shift in temperature. It really changes the mood - what was actually a bright sunny day into what appears to be a cold early morning fog. The camera/lens was in a frigid condo and I took this shot immediately after removing the cap, not noticing the fog until I pulled it up in Lightroom.
