These are parasitic wasps emerging from eggs of a stink bug. the mother lays one of her own eggs in each of the host's eggs. The maggot has the whole egg to itself. Once the eggs is consumed the maggot pupates and after a few weeks the adult wasp emerges. It then has to cut itself free from the eggshell. The one that is playing midwife is actually a male impatiently waiting for the female to leave home so he can mate with her.
