Make Your Photo Look Like It's Under Water

Challenge #5 in the The Power of Editing series. Hosted by sagebrushfire.
Challenge has finished
This challenge will really put your creative muscles to work. Take a picture of a NON-UNDERWATER SCENE and make it look like it was under water. You can layer actual underwater scenes, you can play with distortion, burring or color, anything you need to give us the appearance of being underwater. Extra cool points if you find a way to use a 3D program for this (they have free trials, watermarks are okay!)

Fish's point of view

17th place
This photo, maybe a cliché scene, is the surrounding image reflected on a pond at Rio de Janeiro's Botanical Garden. It is supposed to be what a fish would see if it looked up that day.
Submitted: Tuesday, 27th November, 2012 04:56 (GMT)
Taken: Sunday, 12th August, 2012
Focal length: 39 mm
Shutter speed: 1/200 sec
Aperture: F11
ISO: 800
Notes: It was taken at eyes level perspective of an upstanding photographer aiming his camera down at the image reflected on the pond. Post processing was rotating that image 180 degrees (so to make it look like the fish's point of view) and darking the image a little bit (so to make it more appealing to my taste).
