A Southwest Airline's Boeing 737 floats to the tarmac at San Diego International Airport (SAN). Just after taking this photo, I had to duck behind a concrete wall to avoid the jetwash from the plane's engines. Typically it lasts anywhere from 15 to 20 seconds, but if a pilot is making a last minute correction it can last up to 45-seconds or longer.
