|Notes:||Processed in Photoshop Elements 10 using "threshold adjustment" to separate into 4 laners of dark, 2 midtones, and light. Clipped the text to one of the midtone layers and the blue to another layer. Adjusted the transparency on the original photo (which was background layer) and some of the other layers for effect. Then created the frame using 2 grey layers and the bevel tool on the top grey layer with the rectangle shape cut-out.|
