In freezing temperatures, clients just sit for a cut. Notice the barber with mittens and covered face to protect her from the 20 degree temperatures. Also, the power for the clippers are coming from an e-cycle, a popular transportation in Beijing which does not allow other motorcycles or mopeds in the city.
