Challenge #28 in the This and that series. Hosted by rjr020.
Challenge has finished
Let's see a picture of you! It's time to be vain, don't be shy here as we're talking self portraits. You can do this by using a mirror, holding the camera and taking a picture of yourself myspace style, or even using a countdown timer, or remote shutter control. I'll fully admit that there's not much of a way I can check to make sure it's actually you in the photo so please just be honest. THIS IS A MUST: you must put in the title or description how you took the photo: countdown, remote, mirror, etc. If this is not done you WILL BE DQed

My daughter found an ancient Argus AF on Ebay and gave it to me for Father's Day. Knowing that any camera older than me could have some serious issues, I quickly fired off a 24 exp roll of Fuji ISO 400 for testing. The good news: the shutter seems to be fairly accurate. The bad news: it appears that either the lens has been reassembled incorrectly or I did not extend the lens fully for proper focusing. No sharpness in any of the 24 shots, but I love the "zoom" effect. Will continue to experiment.
