Using incandescent white balance for daylight shots can result in that gorgeous blue. Shoot a jpeg (not RAW) of a daytime scenery, in Incandescent White Balance.
The shot shall not contain any human or if there is human, it should not be > 0.5% of the photo area. Do not remove EXIF from the photo. Voters are advised to vote for the shot which best utilises the shades of blue to complement the mood that the entrant is trying to convey.
