The qualities can include "Moody", "Mysterious", "Intriguing", "Compelling", High Grain, High Contrast, type of BW images.
NOT ALL of the above qualities needs to be included.
Please try to experiment with your editor with to achieve this look. And then post a entry that you feel has captured the "Film Noir" look.
