As well as the photograph you need to create a headline and write a couple of lines of the story to give it context and interest. When oil prices dipped to their lowest two years ago, interest in alternate sources of energy dropped to nil. Orders and production of solar cells came to an abrupt halt. Lately the price of the barrel oil has been on a steady increase and once more alternate energies are being sought. In anticipation of incoming orders, manufacturers of solar cells have been stockpiling sand. Sand is the major raw material in their fabrication.
