Multiple exposure images can give a sense of motion even if the subject is totally immobile. Any combination of camera movements (e.g. rotation) can create a feeling of motion when shot as a multiple exposure image.

El Rastro Flea Market is so full of colorful goods and shoppers. On the Saturday, the place is packed with people bargaining for a good buy. I couldn't help but try to capture the buzzing shoppers and the colorful clothings most people are wearing that created a nice color contrast.
