"The word hotel is derived from the French hôtel (coming from hôte meaning host), which referred to a French version of a townhouse or any other building seeing frequent visitors, rather than a place offering accommodation"...yes but we need those hotels,motels,hostels who were offering their accommodation for a loooooong time and they have kind of hmm, soul is a good word for that. We would like to see those nobel and historic ones but we wouldn't mind frightening ruins. We even invite them with a warmness in our hearts.

The Hotel Evropa, over 100 years old, is a beautiful example of Art Deco style (also known as "Jugedstil") in Prague, Czech Republic. Its restaurant, also in the art deco style, was used as the dining room in the film, "Titanic."
