San Diego Rocky Beach

No tripod allowed on this beach, but luckily I found a concrete slab where I could place my camera on. After nearly an hour of experimentation, I finally got good water flow at 4 seconds. At the same time, some clouds moved over and toned down the harsh sunlight that was there all day.
