Minimum size of the entries 3000x2000 pixels or approximate depending on the image ratio
Entries with poor technical quality won't be accepted
Photos taken with mobile phone will be accepted only if the device is on the list of cameras and properly linked

When I was walking towards it I thought it was just a leftover bumper from an accident. Then I noticed the homeless person who was using it as a barrier against anyone stepping on him. Same with the cartons and chair. I saw his hands were clasped as if in prayer and took 2 quick pics. I never saw his face nor did I try to since I was already feeling uncomfortable taking the picture.
