Ricoh KR-5 Challenge
Challenge has finished
Let's celebrate my newest purchase... simplest and cheapes of the simple, cheap SLRs... the Ricoh KR-5!
Your challenge is to take a photo (digital or film, color or B&W) that could have been made within the KR-5’s puny parameters: 55mm lens, shutter speed between 1/8 and 1/500 (or Bulb), aperture between f/16 and f/2.2, ISO range between 12 and 3200. **Please read the rules CAREFULLY for details.** I’ll be checking the EXIF data, but I also trust you to be honest—the fun of this challenge is to see how creative you can be within these parameters! California caught fire in 2020, again. We had a week of fire sky and air that could be sliced. She was as worried as we were.

Notes: | I cannot say for sure what aperture I used, but this old lens does not behave well below 2.8, so it is probably less than the 2.2 maximum. |
