A perfectly captured moment!
But, like David Omara, I think that the photo looks over-processed and it's a pity that the opera house roof clips in red. I hope that you have a RAW, so that you can pull back a bit on those overexposed roof 'sails'.

Very nice composition and sorry to be critical but it looks way over saturated on my calibrated IPS monitor. I can understand wanting to bring the colors out in the rainbows but particularly the sky and half domes on the opera house are way over cooked colorwise.

That is most beautiful with the double rainbow! Did you use a polarizer on the rainbow? I do when possible.

Yes I used a circular polariser, only you have to be careful with polariser it can also reduce the intensity of the rainbow
