Wine cuts grease

Challenge #6 in the New Pictures, with Descriptions series. Hosted by jrtrent.
Challenge has finished
This challenge is taken from a line in the movie Hopscotch, "It is the drinking of wine that makes it possible to eat the rich food, which is bad for your liver and your heart, because wine cuts grease." For this challenge, give us a new picture (taken after the announcement date) that partners greasy/fatty food with a wine you think well-suited to it. Give some specifics about the food and wine in the description field. I encourage including a personal connection such as how you came up with this combination or how many years or decades you've enjoyed it. Food and wine can be sealed/raw or opened/prepared, even partially consumed, and anything from close-up shots or still lifes to a wider view including something of the setting you enjoy partaking of them in is fine.
