Old Tech: Lens Mounted Via A Custom Adapter

Challenge #48 in the Technology Enabling Art series. Hosted by ProfHankD.
Challenge has finished
There are lots of lenses that should be usable on modern cameras -- especially mirrorless ones. However, some of them have obscure mounts for which no commercial adapters to modern mounts exist. This challenge is for images captured with a lens mounted on your camera via a custom adapter. The adapter could be a stack of commercial parts, a 3D-printed design, or even something hacked using a plastic body cap and epoxy... it just can't be a single, commercially-available, adapter.
