Ancient Cathedrals, Chapels, and Places of Worship - B & W EXTERIOR

Challenge has finished
We're looking for B & W images showing any aspect of the EXTERIOR of these wonderful old structures. For this challenge, we are interested in wide views, NOT closeups of specific details. If the image makes one think "ancient", then that's good enough, don't worry about the actual age. Some of the best examples have had the town build up very closely around them, sometimes to the extent the structure itself is only glimpsed from certain angles. Should this be the case with yours, images presenting the structure and it's surroundings to their best advantage are requested.
