Your City - Long Exposure

Challenge #102 in the Your City series. Hosted by AdVeen.
Challenge has finished
For this challenge a picture of a city using long exposure is requested. I know it's an arbitrary limit, but a minimum of 2 seconds is set, ND-filters are allowed. As Always, tell us the location where the picture was taken.

Taken: Friday, 13th October, 2017
Focal length: 12 mm
Shutter speed: 5 sec
Aperture: F7.1
ISO: 1600
Notes: Had to consider not blowing the highlights from the city as well as getting a well exposed aurora. I also wanted the city lights sharp so I went with f/7.1, but then had to compensate with 1600 iso. If you go above 5 sec exposure when you want to photograph the northern lights you start to lose most of the detail and you end up with some green mushy goo on the sky.
