I happened to be driving through Crescent City, CA with all my gear and saw the sun was about to set. I'd been thinking about shooting Battery Point Lighthouse for a long time and it seemed to be the perfect occasion. One of the first shots I took with my new Nikkor 70-200 F/2.8
