Picture of sea during before sunrise or after sunset. Pictures with the solar disk slightly visible could be acceptable but should not exceed half of its size. Ships, buildings, people or any other objects could be visible. Twilight: "the soft glowing light from the sky when the sun is below the horizon, caused by the reflection of the sun's rays from the atmosphere" (Wikipedia).
