Prime Lens - Focal Length Equal Human Eye 2/2 Challenge finished on Monday, 22 Apr 2013 Show me your very best picture using a prime length equal to human eye (43 mm AFAIK). A normal prime lens was usually 40-55mm on "full frame" SLRs - in practice, it was most commonly 50mm supplied as a "kit" lens. Building a lens of this focal length seems to be rather easy, there are a lot of very nice and sometimes even cheap lenses out there. Aperture (F stop) and DOF (depth of field) shouldn't matter, but I expect some beautiful examples of (very) narrow depth of field. Please do confine to available light (no flash) and leave any macro shots in the drawer.
