Natural Frame Challenge finished on Thursday, 05 Jul 2012 Photograph something where there is framing within the photo. It does not have to be fully framed on all sides but the frame must be part of what you photographed. I am not asking for post processed borders or frames. Examples: Photograph through a tunnel, an archway, under some tree branches, through a hole in a wall, through a hole in a seashell, looking out a door as long as the doorway is the frame or find something else that naturally frames your subject.
Winner: Cal Crutchlow
You meet the nicest people on a Honda! Challenge finished on Wednesday, 04 Jul 2012 Honda, the company, was built on motorcycles and it remains the largest maker of motorcycles in the world. The challenge is to show your best photo of a Honda MOTORCYCLE! Any shots with Honda cars will be disqualified; there will be a separate challenge for their cars in the future. The motocycle needs to be in the shot, but otherwise it is up to you.

Ad campaign: Turning over a new leaf Challenge finished on Wednesday, 04 Jul 2012 The clients are about to make major changes to their business and need an image for their campaign. They want a photograph of a leaf, a NEW leaf, not a dead leaf or a dying autumn leaf. The photo must be of a leaf, not a pile of leaves or a flower with a visible leaf, but a clear and obvious leaf. An image with a few leaves are OK, but the idea is to turn over a new leaf, not leaves. The leaf should be the sort of leaf we commonly recognize as a leaf, not an unusual, special purpose leaf that requires the consultation of a botanist.
Winner: El-Moez Street, Cairo, Egypt

Painterly Landscape ~ Read The Rules - Capture Date Requirement Challenge finished on Tuesday, 03 Jul 2012 Your challenge is to create a landscape that looks like it might be a watercolor or oil painting. Although there are many "filters" and "textures" prepackaged with various applications, I would like you to create your own textures to enhance your entry and NOT use the "off the shelf textures". The texture should be consistent with the original image - some examples might be tree bark for a forest, rippling water for a lake etc.
