The building doesn't have to be shot whole, but at least it should look like a tall buidling (i.e > 90m high). Put a Border and Title on the photograph. These do not have to be transparent (those which let you see through), but have to be translucent (those which allow the light to pass). Your objects have to be natural in origin, organic or inorganic - but NOT water in any state, and NOT man-made! The rules in this one are fairly standard and simple. Ignoring those gets you disqualified, so do it right the first time - and have fun!
