peek-a-boo Challenge finished on Sunday, 05 Jul 2015 Submit a photo in the style peek-a-boo photography. this is when the subject is photographed as the camera is looking over, next to, under or through something such as over a shoulder or through a whole in the drift wood. see samples for example. can be quite effective if there is an object near the lens that is out of focus as you look past that to the subject. Birds, Birds, & More Birds Challenge finished on Saturday, 04 Jul 2015 This was such a popular challenge recently, I am repeating it for your enjoyment. Your entry can show one bird or flocks of them, large birds or tiny ones, sitting on branches, in nests, swimming or flying. Please, no caged or domestic birds which have lost their freedom. Macro and close-ups welcome. Size: 1,600px on the longer side of your entry. As this will be another popular challenge, please ensure the size of your entry is correct before entering, and the other rules are met. Disqualified entrants will not be invited to resubmit. Please note some rules below are changed for this challenge.

Take a superb photo of one or more than one bird in flight which shows how your gear complements your unlimited creative vision. Take us up close and fill the frame as much as you feel is necessary to grab the viewers' eyeballs. Photo should exhibit great image quality, awe inspiring sharpness and sublime detail. (No silhouette heavy photos please). It is preferred that the amount of human should be limited to less than 1% of the photo area. Photo can be taken with any Canon or Nikon camera.
