The photo should fit the description as per what is described in the theme/title. The main subject's face should be clearly identifiable and preferably alone or isolated in the shot. No snapshots please, especially opportunistic badly cropped ones. Process the photo into BW format (preferably grey-scale) and add an elegant border. My keyword suggestions - show manager-ness.
