Process the photo into BW format (preferably grey-scale) and add an elegant white border. My suggestion is to imagine you're driving your new gf Rihanna down to the beach in Barbados when your ex-wife rear-ends your Ferrari with a 20-tonne truck, sending a cup of super hot McDonald's coffee flying towards your DSLR which is sitting on your crotch, which unfortunately is, only covered with a flimsy pair of speedos.

Often seen in the tropics, they also grow well in temperate climates. Your entry may be of a single flower, part of the flower, or numerous flowers on the hibiscus shrub. Insects or spiders may be present, but should not dominate the picture. I will also accept mallows and other species in the Malvaceae family. Macro and close-ups welcome. Make sure your entry is 1,600px MAXIMUM on its longer side. DPR does NOT resize your photos for you. You need to do this yourself BEFORE you enter a challenge. Entrants with oversize photos will not be invited to re-submit them. Ensure the size is correct the first time!
