-First World Problem: Conceptual Challenge - (Black and White + A white Border) Challenge finished on Sunday, 15 May 2016 The concept is about insignificant things or animals being given an unproportionally grand attention or treatment, that it obviously doesn't deserve. Please do not interpret it literally. Take a non human dayshot. Process the photo into BW format (preferably grey-scale) and add an elegant white border. My keyword suggestions - too grand for its scale, mundane, yet eyeball grabbing, surreal, pop.
Winner: Golden Forest
The Coloured Leaves of Autumn Challenge finished on Saturday, 14 May 2016 This is the third challenge about leaves in the four seasons. Show us in this challenge the wonderful colours of autumn (fall) leaves. With summer gone, the leaves are beginning to show signs of hard wear from the weather: heat, rain, winds, and are now displaying their beautiful colours. Macro and close-ups welcome. Insects or small creatures may be present on or near the leaves but should not dominate the picture. Make sure your entry is 1,600px MAXIMUM on its longer side. DPR does NOT resize your photos for you. You need to do this yourself BEFORE you enter a challenge. Entrants with oversize photos will not be invited to re-submit them. Ensure the correct size the first time!

What Do You Not Like About This Picture - # 2 Challenge finished on Thursday, 12 May 2016 Before submitting your entry, ensure you have at least 500 'votes cast' in your profile. This is a challenge with a twist. The goal of it is to get critiques on entries. The expectation is that voters, or non-voters, will take the time to critique at least one entry with some meaningful, hence, useful, comment. I'd like to suggest to star the critique with "What I don't like is/are...." With that in mind... You took a picture. You post-processed it. The final result was something you're proud of. But maybe there is something about the picture that needed improvement, you think or suspect. Submit it here with the expectation of getting critiques. Pictures that do not get any meaningful critique prior to the end of voting will be disqualified. Subject is open. A critique is considered meaningful/useful if it gets at least 3 up-votes
