Avians up close and personal Challenge finished on Tuesday, 18 Aug 2015 The idea of this challenge if for the photographer to "get down and dirty" trying to find birds in their natural habitat. This challenge is meant to show off how beautiful the natural world is and all the birds living in it. I also want it to help bring to light that amazing birds are right in your backyard and to hopefully help inspire people to go out and look for them and protect them. With our natural world rapidly decline it is important to know who you share your space with so when they're in trouble, you'll know. The focus of this challenge is avians (birds)

Homebrewing Challenge finished on Monday, 17 Aug 2015 Well, beer is one of the few things in life I can't say "No". I myself am a homebrewer who can boast some positive feedbacks. This week challenge regards shots concerning homebrewing or very small breweries. Shot must be submitted in full color, human can be present or not. Remember "homebrewing" is not "beer": shots must underline brewing process, not the final product. Therefore, shots of bottles/cups of beer won't be accepted.

It is all about the detail (with Border and Title suiting a postcard) Challenge finished on Monday, 17 Aug 2015 This challenge is about the fine detail. Take a close up shot of something worthy of a postcard. Is your area famous for something? If you were living in Idaho you may look at the humble potato for an example. The choice is up to you- Choose something that relates to your area, or your country and explain why in either the title or description-The subject though has to be immediately recognized for what it is, so don't get too close. Once again add a border and a title watermark. PLEASE READ RULES AS I WILL DISQUALIFY ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT FIT WITHIN THE CHALLENGE.
