By definition, a Conceptual Photograph illustrates an idea. First, an idea (or concept) is pre-conceived. The artist then formulates a plan, assembles the requisite gear, then attempts to realize his or her mind's eye vision. A successful concept photo should instantly convey its message to the viewer. This is something I've dabbled with from time to time, and they can be a lot of fun to create! Show me some of yours.
