Challenge has finished
Here's your chance to show off your best pictures of dandelions, (Taraxacum species), either the flowers or the puffballs, or both. For many folks, this is one of the first subjects they shoot when trying out Macro photography, so enjoy showing us your works of art. Macro and close-up shots welcome. The dandelions should be outside in their natural environment, not inside under artificial conditions. Small insects or spiders may be present in the photo, but should not dominate. Check Wikipedia for more information on dandelions. MAXIMUM SIZE: 1,600px.
