NORTHERN HEMISPHERE ONLY. . . Submit your best image that is related to the season of spring 2021. . . For simplicity we will use the Meteorological start to seasons, which is the first day of the month. Therefore Spring becomes the whole of March, April & May. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Season#Meteorological). . . Your image must have been captured (by you) within the months of March, April or May in 2021. Ignore the 'Capture date rules: No restrictions' that is shown in the rules below. There's no way I can change that rule in the system. . . If it's not obvious in your picture; include a description to help voters understand your point of view.

Processing rules:

Do not add or replace objects (or text) from another source or image. However, focus stacking or panorama stitching is acceptable.
Basic EXIF required: Original date, Focal length, Shutter speed, Aperture & ISO.

Capture date rules:

No restrictions.

Additional rules:

Make sure your image matches the theme. I will disqualify entries that, in my opinion, do not match. (send me a PM if you are unsure).
Cheating = Permanent Ban.

In my country (Switzerland) Spring start officially 21st of March and exit 20th of June! I wonder if it is the same somewhere else!

I did this to stop people questioning a specific day being the start or end of a season.

Before I started hosting these challenges, I didn't realise how many different ways i need to say something for everyone to understand,.. it's actually impossible.

I hope you understand it is not easy to accomodate everyone unless you just use one word, like primitive man. lol
