The rules don't state so. It might indicate the preferred taste of the challenge host but since the challenges are decided by popular vote. The host's power mainly lies in being able to disqualify entries and I should be quite surprised if they'd choose to remove colored entries.

So my advice would be not to worry. Just do your best using however many chroma channels it takes.
