Challenge has finished In this Yin & Yang challenge rural faces off with urban. The image should contain competing subjects: one rural, one urban. The tension/contrast between the two should be contribute to the meaning of the image. Be creative and have fun! Show full rules Announced: Wednesday, 19th June, 2019 (GMT) Submissions: Wednesday, 26th June, 2019 – Tuesday, 2nd July, 2019 (GMT) Voting: Wednesday, 3rd July, 2019 – Tuesday, 9th July, 2019 (GMT) Processing rules: The two subjects must be taken at the same time/place (i.e. don't digitally merge two separate images.) Minor retouching and color correction allowed. Focus stacking, panorama stitching and HDR merging are allowed. Capture date rules: No restrictions. Additional rules: No photos which have won previous DPR challenges. Photos which have been entered in multiple challenges may be disqualified. Images clearly not adhering to the theme will be disqualified. If the subject is unclear or abstract provide comment stating the two subjects.
