What do horseshoe crabs, gingko trees, koalas, dragonflies, tree ferns, cycads, and crocodiles, (but not alligators) have in common? They are all Living Fossils. The fossilised remains of these and other interesting animals and plants have been found to be exact replicas of the animals or plants we see today.
